Sunday Cardio Class

Attn!!! Tomorrow I will have to cancel class. I’ve been out of state since Wednesday for boxing and just got home. I have no voice and exhausted and need to catch up on some sleep. See you next Sunday or the cardio class can come in during the week M-F 6:00-7:00pm
