Gym is closed TODAY! Coach Kiko and I both have things going on! There’s a reason you should train M-Th and not rely on a Friday! We are not open every Friday remember that! Competition boxers get outside and run! It’s supposed to be 81 today and 70 tomorrow!

I have a table of lost and found stuff set up at the gym. Be sure you check it out or tell you kid. We will be open on Friday 4:30-6:00pm like usual. Lost and Found stuff will be donated if not picked

Gym fees/Group

Adult group is from 5:30-7:00pm You will not be able to start before that from here on out. I need all the room as possible for the youth/parent group. Thanks Coach
